These are not sheer and not super sturdy. They are not super thick or luxurious, but they’re great for a nice presentation when wrapping gifts cards, cash or small gifts. They also look great in a gift basket packaged with other things.These are nice bags. In some ways, these look more expensive and classier than mesh organza bags. The gold material is nice, although it is a lot thinner than I was expecting. Although the material is thin, it still works great. I didn't really like the gold drawstring material because it makes it look cheap but putting the price in consideration, it is a cheaper material that makes these bags more affordably priced. These were overall very good quality. They may not always be stitched and sewed in perfection but all the bags are able to put stuff without the things falling out. There may be a few that had un-sewed corners but as I said, the bags are still usable. In this entire pack I only found one or two where I had trouble pulling the drawstrings. Although I just mentioned some of the "flaws", I am not picking it apart because these are cheap and affordable, and considering the price, these are pretty good quality already. These are not for anything heavy duty, and will be great for things like jewelry, rocks and crystals, and other little things. I got the 5x7" and it is a pretty good size.I use organza bags daily and I am familiar with a variety of different types available. I was interested in the gold organza bags because they are festive and celebratory. They are unique compared to the many choices available. There were 5 defective bags within the set of 100 that I received. The defective bags did not close properly and one was not sewn all the way on the bottom. The rest of the bags were made properly with only a few minor visual differences. The bags are medium thick and were all stuck together on arrival. I carefully peeled each bag away and they are not resticking together. I did this so that the gold coating would not eventually come off if they were left that way for too long. So far, I like the bags but you may find that a few bags have defects in a set of 100.
