Great for when you don’t want to commit garden space to tubers!Who would have ever thought that potato’s would grow in a sack ! This is a brilliant idea !! If you grow your own vegetables & have a garden these work wonderful !!!I bought these for potatoes. I previously bought ones that I thought liked exactly the same some years ago, but these are much thinner and do not stand up if half full. Since I bought these for potatoes, I filled them 1/4 full, placed the potato "seeds", then filled half way with compost. These bags easily flop over reducing sunlight on my potato shoots/early leaves, unlike the similar ones that were thicker and stood up straight. I eventually rolled the sides down to solve the problem. I'll roll them back up as I add more soil.This is in my bag now I’m growing potatoes in them first time I have used them. I think it will work out greatToo soon to evaluateFirst season using these bags and so far holding up well. Growing potatoes in them.I used these last season and had great success with my potatoes.
