The first satchel I purchased had weak stitching on the magnet in one o the outer pockets. Amazon arranged for UPS to pick up the purse and send a new one to me at no cost. The seller made the process easy and I even received my new purse the same day UPS picked up the defective one.I love my new purse and have had several compliments on it. Can’t recommend for the price.The bag is nice, but not quite what I was looking for. I was looking for a bag that was more of a natural cowhide.Very nice looking and lots of 'compartments' to separate items to carry.It’s pretty stiff at first but becoming more pliable as I use it. It has 4 pockets inside two that zip. The top zips so you can protect your wallet. The two large side pockets lets you get to your phones, etc. The handles are nice and I can slip them over my shoulder or use the long strap. Very picky about hand bags. fossil was my go to. This is just as good! Very pleased.I only wish it was bigger. Other than that, i love it.
